Jo Ann Fisher started her insurance career in 1996 as a customer service representative and was mentored by an amazing lady, who eventually helped her to start her own agency. Jo Ann’s greatest joy is taking a cold insurance policy and turning it into a friendship with her client.
Matthew has been in the insurance industry since 2008. He started as an administrative assistant, then a few months later, became a licensed independent agent. The part he really enjoys in the insurance industry is being able to give people choices and options for their insurance needs through many different insurance carriers.
