Our mission is to be the number one choice for Personal Lines, Life & Annuities, and Commercial Lines insurance in the area by providing our clients with the best carrier options and a “White Glove” client service experience that is lacking with many agencies in the industry. We feel being an independent agency gives us the ability to do all of this, very well.
After running a captive agency for a number of years, the struggle tends to be “options”. You are held to the scrutiny of that one sole captive carrier, regardless of what’s best for the client. The overall experience or environment, for the client, is rarely advantageous or client centric.
Considering our clients are our neighbors, families, and friends we would like to be able to present them with the best choices and options in the marketplace. Consistency and quality client care has always been my first priority, and now I believe I can
truly deliver that for our clients.
